How long does it usually take to get my suspension fixed?

This means that every time they request a review it takes longer and longer before they can request again. This is what often lengthens our fix time (because we’re just waiting for that period to be over so we can request again).

Do you work with every single store?

Unfortunately not. Please see the section “Who do we work with?“. Though, even if you don’t meet our eligibility criteria, we recommend that you still apply to work with us. In many cases we’re still able to fix your suspension but we’ll need to take a deeper look and provide a custom assessment.

Can you warn me before making changes to my website?

Yes, of course. You can choose to require all edits to be approved by you before we make them, or you can give us the freedom to go ahead and make the adjustments. It’s up to you!

Do you take care of the entire process of fixing my suspended account?
