Previously Fixsupension.com offered Google Merchant Center services directly. FixSuspension.com has made StubGroup their exclusive partner for fixing Google Merchant Center suspensions due to StubGroup’s stellar success rate.
StubGroup is a team of Google fanatics that have been working with Google Ads since 2013. Collectively they’ve served Fortune 500 and above organizations, multi-million dollar retailers, non-profits, and local businesses alike.
Our History
We fixed our first suspension in 2015!
2015 – Our first ever Google Merchant Center suspension (which we fixed). This was for our founder’s own store, which was suspended due to a lack of returns policy (see the suspension email here).
2018 – We began fixing suspensions for clients for our agency Ecom clients (through KeyCommerce.com)
2020 – We released our first Youtube tutorial on fixing GMC Suspensions (Click here to watch).
2021 – We began offering audits of Google Merchant Center accounts
2022 – We began offering our guaranteed suspension fixing service
2023 – We moved our service outside of KeyCommerce to FixSuspensions.com due to huge growth and success to provide a more focused fixing experience for our customers.
2024 — Fixsuspension.com partnered with StubGroup to offer even more suspension solutions.
